Adds an attachments case button which will allow agents to store case attachments in dedicated case shared folders.

Adds an attachments case button which will allow agents to store case attachments on FTP servers using the FTP protocol. You can for example store your attachments on Azure using this feature.

By default Case Manager leaves cases open allowing agents to easily navigate between open cases. By using this extension Case Manager will automatically close any open cases when a new case is opened. It is used to avoid agents from opening an excessive amount of cases without closing them.

This extension will create a view-only reporting user on the database. This is used to give users read-only access to the database.

The reminder extension allows users to set a reminder on a case for a later time during a day. This is mostly used if a customer asks an agent to call back at a specific time but could be used for any time-based reminder.

The allocation view extension can be used by customers with complex financial setup who make extensive use of Case Manager's allocations functionality. This extension will add a new button in the financial section which opens a form to easily see payment allocations.

The payment arrangement manager allows agents to manage payment arrangements - it comes with automated processes which can be used to remind the customer before a payment is due and when a payment has been missed.
